4. Pricing and Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions or scope changes. Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or contract. Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. In the event of inclement weather or crew safety issues, Sam On Site Inc. reserves the right to reschedule services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the site on the scheduled service date, including snow-cleared paths, unlocked gates, and removal of personal items or vehicles in work areas.

7. Liability and Insurance

Sam On Site Inc. is fully insured and takes reasonable precautions on all job sites. We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing property conditions or actions outside our control (e.g., severe weather).

8. Intellectual Property
